As far as the official notification published on the website of MP counselling dme.mponline.gov.in  the scholarship scheme is still available to all the bright students.

A fresh notification has been posted mentioning the process of application and registration for the scholarship by the students.

the seat matrix and notice for new seats added or removed for aiq counselling is available at the mxx website itself. you can check there. regarding state counselling, it should be there in your state counselling portal.if you still face any problem, you can comment to this answer.
