See 402 is less if you are looking for a good mbbs government college. This year marks and ranks have gone up and eventually the marks and rank range will go up too for MBBS. A score above 550 may also fall short if you are from general category. There is some chance in bams and bds government seat. Go for counselling and see what comes ahead. Don't lose hope.
