As per ur the closing ranks from different college last year you might have few chances to get in Govt medical college, bettiah.

The closing ranks keeps on changing every year so I would suggest you to go through the counseling process.

Your neet score is not enough to get government medical college under 15% AIQ not only this being general candidate student you cannot even get government college under 85% state quota. You can get only private medical college for mbbs. You should score minimum 530+ marks to get

Absolutely NO. You cannot get admission into government medical colleges of Kerala with 142 marks even if you come under ST category. You can try for Deemed universities for medical and dental colleges if you can afford the fees.

Or even drop isn't a bad option provided you study harder
