I am sorry to say that with this mark you have very less scope for govt medical college.

But might have few chances in private colleges.

Also, the closing ranks keeps on changing every year based on seats available , difficulty of question paper and various other reasons

At 540 you have a fair chance of getting govt medical college.

The closing ranks keeps on changing every year so I would suggest you to go through the counseling process.
