You can get into some government medical colleges according last year's (2018) cutoffs, but just to be safe I would recommend if you could get your score a little bit higher so that you can be sure for getting into a government medical college irrespective of the variations

You scored 279 marks in NEET UG 2019 and belongs to the SC category and you want admission in the government colleges. Make a list of top 10 colleges whatever you want. Then go for the first counselling if you not get admission then go for the second

Frankly, 201 is a less score for any good government college seat. But you may get some self financed college if you want.
About bvsc course, there might be some chance if your rank and score falls in the range on the basis of which they took admission last
