I wish you had mentioned your rank and your home state. With your marks i guess you got a rank around 190000 give otr take. With this rank your chances of getting a MBBS seat is very less infact it is really tough for you to get a BDS

425 is a fair score but for a general category student it may fall short if you are looking for a very good government college. A score of 550 and above is considered good for general category if you want a MBBS and BDS seat.

BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi Government and 350+ for Private
BHMS - 300+ should suffice because there are only private colleges.
