I believe you are talking about NEET state wise merit list. Karnataka hasn't released the merit list yet and is expected to do so by the last week of June. You are advised to check their official website and careers360 news.

It depends on the state counselling and various cut off provided by the colleges. If your rank falls in that category, you do have a chance. Wait for the counselling to begin and see there is any chance. You can try for other courses also like bds, bhms, bams
