Hello,
There are vague chances to procure seat in government medical college. Your marks are quite low. As per last year's record , the cut off marks for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad was 393 for SC category candidate.
So there is little possibility to get this college.

Looking at the previous years statistical data, you may get a seat in a government medical college. But, please note that cutoff this year is expected to be fairly high. So, you have to wait for your state to declare its merit list.

With 219 is a less score for a government college surely. But as you asked some private college may grant you admission on the basis whether you cleared the neet exam or not. Some college may even take you state ranking in consideration and provide you with seat.
