Yes it is compulsory to qualify NEET UG to study Mbbs abroad in Medical colleges recognized by MCI.

The minimum marks required for admission in Rajiv Gandhi ayurvedic Medical College is between 450-600 .
You don't have that much of marks.
But don't loose hope.
