I was terribly sick during my boards but i got 99.576 percentile in mains and 72.8 in boards can i get into nit? I have the medical cert.

you have an excellent score in mains but i am sorry to say there is no such provision of medical certificate .For general you have to be above 75% or be in top 20 percentile of your board to get a seat in  josaa counselling.

but you will get every college except these which are taking through mains.

You can try for iiits which conduct there separate counselling or in private like in bits if you get a score

or cse in jaypee noida or lnmiit jaipur which takes by jee mains score

Hello Sayantan, Well, there's no such policy that the NITs will bend their eligibility criteria of 75% if you produce your medical certificate in front of them. There's no such incident of this type that anyone below 75% got admission. You might talk to the respective officials and ask them about the further process, but I doubt that they would be able to help you.
