Hey aspirant,

I'm sorry but you're not eligible for 85% state Quota in Tamil Nadu. You have to complete your 7 years of education in that state to get a domicile certificate of it. Central govt. employees and armed forces personals are excluded from this scheme only.

As the name suggests "open" it is open for all categories, reserved and unreserved.Ranks are given category wise for OBC/SC/ST as well as general rank without considering the category.There are certain percentage of seats reserved for OBC/SC/ST and remaining seats are for general category.
