Cut-off for Madhya Pradesh is not yet released. You will have to wait for State Merit List for exact cut-off.
Meanwhile you can get some idea from last year's (NEET 2017) trends:
For 15% AIQ = ≤6000 AIR (For MGMMC = <2900 AIR)
For 85% State Quota = ≤12000 AIR
For government medical colleges, 71000/- to 75000/- approx ( tuition fee). *only tuition is different rest all other fee amounts are same, by adding all up it finally equal to 80,000-90,000/- approx
and regarding Private Medical Colleges fees may vary from place to place inside Maharashtra... deemed universities have high

Hello aspirant. You have told your rank but didn't tell which exam are you talking about, hence I am going to proceed with IIT JEE and NEET both.
Talking about NEET, your rank is sufficient to get you a seat in MBBS of most government college.
