As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With these marks you have high chances of getting Kilpauk Medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota as the cutoff previous year

Well I think it is quite clear to you that there is no way to secure a medical seat under 15% AIQ but still there may be a little corner if you consider the seats under 85% state quota only if you belong to states like WB ,UP and such

FOR admission into DPSRU, for paramedical courses the minimum eligibility criteria is:

10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and  (P.C.M) and /or  biology with 55%
