During all India counselling if you don't register in first round of counselling for deemed university you can register for it in the mop up round.
Since now only stray vacancy is left for BDS you can try your luck there. Registration for stray vacancy will be from 12-13
BPT course is not available in KPC medical college. The courses available in KPC medical college are-

Well AIQ does not have mop up round organised. Only two rounds are organised and then all the vacant seats are reverted back to state quota.
Mop up round is organised only from deemed universities and not for AIQ colleges.
