Merchant Navy
Hello, Hope you are doing well, here is the answer to your question, To be frank drawing is needed but not compulsory in merchant navy nautical science because you do have Chartwork, Naval Architecture, Sea Structure etc in your course where you should know a little bit of drawing. Even if you are able to draw the rough sketch of it, it is well and good. Once if you are really interested in merchant navy stream even if you don't know drawing it doesn't matter much, the interest in the subject will drive you off.
I think it helps you!!!
Keep Smiling:)
Wish you good luck!:)

Hi Soni,
As we all know that the navy ssr exam is generally conducted in 3 phases as :-
1.written test
2.physical fitness test
3.medical assessments
So, only those candidates are considered eligible for pft rounds who had clear the written test with cutoff marks.
As the written test consists of total of 100 marks , so you need to score around 65-75 marks ( for every category candidates ) to get eligible / selected for next phase of the exam.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
For more details and informations you can check out the official sites too .
Good luck.
