So, first thing you should try is see if there is a forgot password option when you try to log in. If there is an option then things become easy an you can get a reset password message on your registered phone number but if the option is not there then you should better contact the authorities through email or call as per your convinience and then you follow the given steps by officials.

The 2019 MUOET exam will be out of 800 marks with negative marking also.
This is a completely new change and hence cutoff predictions are not possible as of now. As exams are still in progress.

Since the pattern changed in 2019 and having never had this pattern earlier, it's difficult to say what the rank vs marks statistics would look like. That being said, to get a rank under 5000, securing 600-630 marks out of 800 should do it. Good luck.
