You should not skip the counselling. Take the seat in first round and then if u get btech then leave the seat in round 2.

According to the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission to top engineering branches in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.

For 23k rank ece in main campus is difficult ,but you can try in other braches of manipal.
Manipal doesn't have any thing like payment seat.
You have to go through muoet only.
