sorry the general cutoff for seat allotment in PES based on PESSAT is around 6000 so you won't possibly qualify for seat allotment at 10470.

If maths is included in your entrance test than you able to take admission in B.TECH otherwise not in B.TECH
If your rank is with PCB than you are taking admission in bpharma or other field related to biology .

The approx. closing rank for mechanical engineering is 28480.There is a hope to get the admission in Manipal university for mechanical branch.
