Congratulations on securing such a good rank . I would like to tell you that Computer Science Engineering  at Manipal campus is expected to close around 2000 rank  and Electronics and Communication Engineering around 5000 rank.
You have good chances of getting admission in ECE . Though , you have low chances of getting CSE.

Yes Through Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MAHEOET)

 Eligibility: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, English, and Mathematics as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to B Tech, with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, put together.

Direct Admission to the B Tech Programme

For direct admission (in branches where seats are likely to remain vacant) the following candidates will be eligible:

All remaining MAHEOET rank holders, i.e., those who did not/could not come for counselling

OR

All students who have a JEE rank and have qualified for JEE Advanced in that year

OR

All other Students with Physics, Maths and English as compulsory subjects and who have 60% or equivalent (in PMx subjects) in their 12th std. (where x could be Chemistry, Computers Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Statistics, Engineering Drawing).

COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

During counselling all candidates are required to produce the original and two sets of photocopies of the documents as mentioned below. Candidates are warned against submitting colour photocopies in lieu of the original marks cards. Original marks cards which are laminated will not be accepted by the University. Any fraudulent original marks cards, incorrect or untrue information or suppression or distortion of any fact in the original marks card, admission/ degree of the candidate is liable for cancellation. Failure to produce the document/s on the day of admission or by the date specified for this purpose will result in instantaneous forfeiture of the seat.
