Hello!!
To become a computer engineer, you must pursue a bachelor's degree in engineering in computer science. If you want a b.tech degree from NITs,IITs or IIITs,you will have to attend JEE Main or Advanced exams and have to secure marks above the cutoff of the respective institutes. Many engineering institutes consider either JEE main's results or consider JEE main and board results combinedly to take their admissions.Other common engineering entrance exams are BITSAT,MHTCET,VITEEE,SRMJEEE,KIITEE etc..
All the best!!
Hello,
Yes. Though MU OET is University level entrance exam, is conducted all over India.
MU OET is a University level entrance exam conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) to get admission into various participating institutes for B.Tech courses. The examination is conducted in 85 Indian cities and Dubai. According to the scores secured in the examination, the candidates are called to participate in the counselling of MU OET which is conducted in both online and offline mode. Admissions is provided into Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim and Manipal University, Jaipur.
Best Wishes.
Hi Irshad,
The level of MU OET is definitely lower than JEE but that doesn't mean you should take it lightly. Anyone can clear any examination, provided they have enough concentration and dedication towards it. You should make a study timetable and strictly adhere to it. Do not waste any time and start preparing at once. 550-600 out of 800 is usually considered a "good" score so keep that in mind during your preparation.

Hello Riya,
The seat vacancy only depends on the number of seats alloted in the earlier rounds of counselling and to get the exact details about the total number of seats remaining for allotment and the cutoff marks and ranks which goes varying according to the subsequent rounds. You will get the exact information on the official website.

Here on this link of official website, you will get the details and a redirecting link for the seat distribution as soon as it will be released.
Hope it helped..
With 6794, CSE is near to impossible. Yes, there is a chance for ECE if you go till the final round. According to 2018 and 2017 data, for ECE, the cut offs were between 5000 and 60000. And, there is no big difference between that and your rank, so you can give it a try.
