As per your score, chances are less to get IITs and top NITs but if you want you can try for lower NITs.

According to your question and taking into consideration your rank in jee main,so there is nothing called like home state rank, you have to take admission in nit Durgapur through josaa counselling and if your home state is west bengal then you will be applicable for home state

If you are from General Categoty, your chances are low .
If you are from Sc or ST category you will get it for sure .
For obc category, it depends on your rank.
