Dear candidate out of two options which makes it tuff for you to decide, NIT Surat is a very good college and M.Sc Physics curriculum is also nicely taught, but considering the future prospects I would suggest you to choose Metallurgy and Materials Science over this as the placement trends in College of Engineering,Pune is much better. So overall your experience would be great, as a starting package the companies would offer you 6-8 LPA.
