I got 401 in neet 2017, general category. What are the chances that I will get a MBBS seat through State Quota of West Bengal?

Chances are less.
Based on you score you have less chances under 85% quota but less chances under 15% MBBS seats.

You have less chances to get MBBS and BDS seat if you are interested you can go for paramedical courses.

With this score, chances are decent to get seat under state quota so if you want to get seat there then you can try for the same.

my category (obc) rank is 253908 any chances getting admission. in any state my score is (102)

There are less chances for you to get any MBBS/BDS college under 15% and 85 quota.

I will suggest you to appear for the exam next year and take professional guidance this year if required.

You can try your chances in para medical courses.

Chances should be average to get seat in Govt colleges but I would suggest you to try for Govt and private colleges as well.

You have less chances to get government seat based on your marks. You have chances to get private colleges.

Chances are very less to get seat in Govt and private colleges as well but if you want you can try for paramedical and ayush courses in private colleges.
