Yes , you can pursue MSc Microbiology after BSC Biotechnology. MSc Microbiology is a postgraduate course for duration of 2 years. It is the chemistry and biology for the investigation of the living systems and the relationship with the environment.

Only  college of Varanasi you can apply for MSc Microbiology :

Banaras Hindu University

It has its own entrance exam i.e. BHU Entrance Exam

For preparation of entrance you should be thorough with the knowledge of your 10+2 Physics , Chemistry and Biology and ofcourse your graduation course. You can refere tro the previous exam to learn more about the exam pattern and difficultyt level.

You need to choose the code 02 dear as you don't have physics, chemistry and biology in your graduation and the highest qualification in which you had physics, chemistry and biology was 10+2 , so you need to choose the code 02 .

Aiman as you don't have physics in your graduation , so you should choose code 02 dear on the basis of your 10+2 qualification as code 02 is for those who have qualified Class 12 in the year 2019 or before .


Steps you need to follow for filling neet application form are listed below "-

  • First of all you need to do registration, in this step you generate your login credentials i.e. neet Registration Number and Password.

  • Now, login with the generated Registration Number and password and fill in the application form , you need to fill details your personal details, medium of the question paper, your examination centre etc.

  • Now you need to upload scanned images of the documents i.e your passport size photograph, post card size picture, your signature , your thumb impression and class 10th certificate.

  • Then you need to pay the fee. You can pay the application fee using UPI App/ Debit card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ E-wallet.

  • And finally you need to take a print out of confirmation page.

Hello dear !

As you are doing microbiology , so you should choose code 02 dear on the basis of your 10+2 qualification as code 02 is for those who have qualified Class 12 in the year 2019 or before .Code 02 says those who have completed a period of 12 years under Higher/Secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), which is equivalent to Class 10+2 ,but yes the last two years of study must include English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology or Mathematics or any other elective as a major subject as prescribed by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).


Steps you need to follow for filling neet application form are listed below "-

  • First of all you need to do registration
  • Then filling in the application of NEET 2020
  • Now you need to upload scanned images of the documents
  • Then NEET application fee payment
  • And finally printing of confirmation page.

Also you need to upload following documents for filling neet application form :-

Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).

Postcard size picture:- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph and should not be with cap or goggles.

Signature:- it should be on white Background with black pen; signature should be in running hand writing [not in capital letter].

Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper

Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading
