Hello,
BHU PET(Postgraduate entrance Test) exam will be conducted in March 2020. The application form will be available from February 2020. last date to submit the application will be end of March 2020. Admit card will be generated in 2nd week of May. Exam will be conducted in middle or end of may. then counselling will be done by the following months
Syllabus contains 3 section:-
Biology
chemistry
microbiology
for Biology:- you have to study all whole syllabus of botany and zoology.
for chemistry:- Organic,physical,inorganic and analytical chemistry.
for microbiology:;- microbial physiology
you must be having these subjects in your graduation you can study those and use the same syllabus for respective subject.
read:- Microbiology,Biochemistry,Environmental microbiology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Microbiology,Food Microbiology,fermentation technology,chemistry and biology.
You have to read all these subjects very well to clear the entrance exam. you can use the syllabus of the graduation time to cover most of the topics.

see most of the colleges don't allow mid semester transfer of students, you need to contact with the college in which you want to study second and third year. if they allow you to direct admission in second year then you may leave your previous college. contact wit the college and then make the decision.

For Admission into postgraduate courses in st pious x college, the students should have passed three-year degree course and must have qualified the common entrance examination in the concerned subject conducted by Osmania University.

Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline (preferably Economics or Commerce background with Mathematics) with minimum two years of experience in Aviation or related sector will be suitable for the M.B.A. (Aviation Management) program for Working Professionals. So no, a BSc graduate in Microbiology cannot pursue MBA in aviation management without experience.
