Hello,
Yes it's ofcourse a good course and has a good scope in future.You have to learn programming language before learning about android app development.You need to build logic to apply for developing apps.
And as far as the college is concerned i don't think it's a best college.You should look for other good colleges like VIT,SRM,BITS and many more as their academics and placements are too good.

The salary has no limits if you are having the right skills, You must have the potential to do the particular job and If you are having some experience it would be a plus point. As a Moblie Developer you can expect 20K to 25K per month.

Or in case, you are asking that you will get salary monthly or annually then the salary is given monthly irrespective of any profile so same goes for Mobile App Developer also.
