Hi,
No college as such offers mobile app developer course. Colleges generally have courses in computer science or information technology and their specializations. Most app developers in the country are engineers or science graduates. For mobile app developement, you generally are required to have a sound knowledge of JAVA. Then you have to start with small projects and if you develop sound knowldege, you may be recruited. My advice would be to do a regular graduation in CS or IT as it gives more knowledge and the chances of recruitment will be high with a degree in hand. All the best
See as far as I know a sound knowledge of JAVA is required to develop mobile apps. But a formal degree will be important while you look for employment and a career. So learn Java and also do your graduation preferably in Computer Science to have a degree under your belt. Then you can apply for the job.
