As per Official Announcement Yes it is mandatory for all the student of ICSI Board to attend the mock test of CSEET who has applied for CSEET Entrance exam.

ICSI Conducts the CSEET Mock test to Familiarise Candidates with the rules of Examination.

No you cant give this mock test by using your phone. ICSI conducts the CSEET in a remote proctored Mode. all the students have to appear this test using SEB (safe exam Browser) in the laptop or desktop.

Mobile phones are not allowed in the institute. They don't allow phones  and if you bring any one of them they get hold of those gadgets and they call out parents and they give those at the end of the year and a penalty of Rs500 will be charged.

If I talk about the college premises then students are not allowed to use mobile phones inside the classrooms as every university says the same rule. For girls, yes there are some restrictions like there's some strong time zone into which only anyone can go out and have to enter into the hostel too within that. Now talking about mobile phones then there is no such restriction but yeah if you will be caught using it outside of your room, talking or anything then surely you will be getting reminder.

There is no education courses that it allows mobile phone charges. Only on mobile repairing courses candidates are allowed to use his mobile phones as and when it required. You have not mentioned here the course you are  interested to take for your future education in which mobile phones charges are allowed.
