firstly the cut can be told after the completion the admission in the 2019 so i can say you last year as MNNIT college takes admission trough the JEE main rank while its an top college i would say, while you need less that 4k rank as being
It would be tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies every year & NIT admission depends on the various factors like Category, Home state Quota/ Other state quota, Branches etc. But try to score more than 200-220 around as a gneral category to get the top branches

the admissions in MNNIT will be carried out by jee mains score too.so you can give jee mains to earn admission in MNNIT. if you score 220+ in jee mains you may have a chance to get top branches like cse .,etc but we can't say it
