Well for CSE, there is variation in closing rank among different IITs, For Top IITs like Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur You must have a rank within 100, i.e AIR under 500. For new IITs, You can get CSE at category rank of around 1500 Or AIR under 7000.

In order to get admission in MNNIT Allahabad, You need to appear JEE Main Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 65% as a General category or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th from the respective board.

NIT admission depends on Home state

The opening and closing rank for admission in MNNIT Allahbad in the previous year for the SC category students under the home state was a rank of 241 and  970 respectively. And for the other state quota the opening  and closing ranks were 299 and 899.
