NO, MNIT Allahabad does not offer Integrated courses for Physics. You can check the set Matrix By JoSAA which Include all the Participating Institute and will show How many seats are offered for Different courses under different quota, You can visit the following link:

There is great variation among closing rank to Join MNIT for different Branches and as well as on Your Home state or another state quota.

If You score a rank under 3500 You will be able to take any Branch at MNIT and independent of Your state quota.

Then as

Cutoff is different for all quotas and category and streams. So specify your preference of stream and your quota. 

Ranks within 6000 under Sc Category irrespective of quotas can have decentchances of conversion of NIT allahabad

Brother, regarding fee payment it is neither annualy not wholy at one time

It is done on semister basis. That means you have to pay your entire fees in 8 parts (or 8 semisters)

So, with this you can expect to have a fees around 69k every sem at MNNIT
