Hello,
No, students and graduates in their final year are ineligible to take the Bank PO test. Anyone who has graduated with a bachelor's degree or the equivalent from a reputable central or state institution is eligible to submit a Bank PO application. Therefore, applicants must be in possession of a current mark sheet or degree certificate proving their graduation on the day they register for the test. They must also indicate their online registration by providing the percentage of graduation marks they received.
According to your query, you have to backlog that means you did not pass your degree. So, without passing degree, you are not eligible for exam now.
Thank You

Best Wishes!
As far as your percentile is concerned let me tell you that it is very difficult to predict about the colleges you can get in this percentile because there are some factors which govern the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
However you can get certain colleges with good branches such as Acropolis Faculty of management and research,B.M college of management and research.
Your rank is very low so you get private colleges like
SIRT bhopal
IES college
Sistec colleges.
Now, According to last year data for NEET 2022, an aspirant scoring 380 Marks had AIR around 2,18,290.
Also with marks you are expecting, your chances of getting MBBS seat is very low in Private Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
-------As according to previous year data for MADHYA PRADESH STATE COUNSELING, after 2nd round of Counseling last candidate from OBC Category to get MBBS seat in PRIVATE Medical College in MADHYA PRADESH had AIR around 99944 and got seat in SUKH SAGAR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL JABALPUR
------ Also, to predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year during Counseling depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2022 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2022
