Dear aspirant
You can get govt MBBS college through either 15% AIQ counseling or 85% state quota counseling which I think is rajasthan for you as your profile suggest.
Now if we talk about 15% AIQ counseling cut off marks for OBC category then it was nearly 598+ marks and 20k all india rank in stray vaccancy round counseling in neet 2020. So if we see last two year trends then 600+ marks is must in OBC category to get govt MBBS college in AIQ counseling. So i think you don't hold any chance there.
In rajasthan 85% state quota counseling usually goes higher then AIQ cut off marks as because of high competition and large number of candidates, in rajasthan also cut off was nearly 620+ marks for OBC category to get govt MBBS college in neet 2021. So unfortunately there are rare chance for you in rajsthan state quota counseling also for both govt seat and payment seats.
Also you can't get govt medical College in gujarat or mp without domicile certificate so if you have domicile certificate then you may have good chances there to get govt college in OBC category.
In AIQ counseling you may get govt BDS or BAMS college at your expected marks.
You will get top private medical colleges in both AIQ counseling and state quota counseling.
