I strongly suggest you to go with PES CSE if you're interested in Computer Science.Points 1,3,4 will be based on CSE
Considering M.Tech , M.S.Ramaiah University of Applied Science is a much better option when compared with M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. With experienced teaching faculty, learning exposure and good placements record it would be an overall good option.
In the first ever published rankings the University secured a rank of 90 among the top 100 institutions. MHRD, National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) in my opinion this one is better

The admission authority, Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges will conduct the COMEDK UGET 2018 counselling in offline mode tentatively in June or July. The counselling process of COMEDK UGET 2018 will consist of registration, fee payment, choice filling, allotment of seats and document verification. Candidates who qualify COMEDK UGET will have to register online to participate in COMEDK UGET counselling 2018.
