Please tell me which college are you talking about as msc nursing is offered by a Number of institutes and application form for the admissions had been out a long time ago and the entrance exams are about to happen.

There are 24 seats in general category for M.Sc. computer science, in which 12 seats are filled based on merit and 12 based on the entrance examination.

NITs and IITs are always a better place irrespective of branches as compared to other colleges. You can opt for it if you are really interested in physics. You will get good exposure for higher studies(in abroad).The faculties here are very helpful and their recommendation always has the upper hand
