Diffficulty level is similar and there is nearly no difference in level of examination of JAM. But you should appear for the subject you are more excited about. It depends on your interest.

Yes, they are eligible, they just need graduation with Chemistry, Biology, and Physics as main subjects, with a minimum aggregate score of 45%.
