Yes Indian institute of science provide admission in M.sc biology. This college was established in 1909 and provides 58courses in 4streams and 22 specialization.

According to me, BTech with IT branch at MIT Manipal is much better than MSc at BITS or IIIT because BTech will give you more technical knowledge which companies want even you will get more salary after doing BTech.
With that MSc take 5 years while BTech takes 4 years
