After completion of your B.sc course in operation theater and anesthesia technician it is suggested to always do M.sc in related feild only as your Bsc. So you can go for MSc in operation theatre and anesthesia technology or Msc in Pain management.

After getting a msc degree you need to have a degree of pharmaceutics otherwise opening a pathology laboratory or a diagnostic center is not possible. You need to have relevant licenses too for doing the same otherwise it is not possible.
