The eligibility criteria for Msc in cancer biology is :- 

Good honours degree or equivalent with a core biology content, biomedical science, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry. Other biology and Medical science degree will be considered on an individual basis .

It varies from one college to another. Starting from Hindhu college, Delhi University whose course fee is 436 rupees to mount carmel which costs 3 l.p.a

According to official cut off list your admission chances are very rare in main campus . But you need to wait for further counciling sedule , but admission chances are rare .

With 124 marks in the M.Sc Chemistry entrance for allahabad university EWS category, it would be very hard to get admission in the university. Since the lowest cut off is around 124 marks and above too.
