This depends on the availability of seats. They invite candidates upto a specific rank/scores in entrance test and admission procedure is carried out accordingly. Number of seats play a major role here.

i doesnot know about pondicharry universitie's counselling process  but have a experience of counselling procedures . first check out if your name was in the first round but you visit on the second counselling.

also check whether you are satisfying other eligibility criterias also .
