Delhi university has postponed is registration process for admission to Ug, pg and Ph.D courses due to the pendamic covid 19. The university is closed till 14th april.
So now there are no form available to fill up for admission to MSW course. For the admission details keep visiting official website of delhi university.

4. At first, study the topics which can take less time to prepare and have more weightage.

For MSW course, you must have completed graduation from B.S.W. / BA degree with 50% aggregate of marks from a recognizable university.
There are few colleges which take entrance exam like Aligarh Muslim University(AMU) . Otherwise there is less colleges in India that takes entrance exam. In Some colleges you just have to pass the qualifying examinations and interview.
