The admission process for MSW is done on the basis of the marks one gets in the exam and interview. If you are applying from India the you can go under the general category if you are a NRI then you can select the category accordingly. Remember, if you are selecting both then you will be considered under general category. Also, it will be very difficult to change the category later so make sure that you chose it carefully. MSW is divided into 2 years having 4 semester in total. Also, the eligibility criteria differs from college to college So, if you have any colleges in mind you can search for it accordingly.

Yes, Dibrugarh University (Assam) does provide Master of social work (MSW) as a post graduate course and the eligibility criteria is to have a graduate degree after that the student can take a tests through which they would get admission. In 2019, the date of issuing the application forms was 5th June and the last date for submission was 5th July. The entrance was taken on 17th July. Generally the application forms and entrance exam is held around the same time as previous. I hope this would be of some help.
