VIT is one of the top colleges after IIT and NIT. You can choose it, and it is worth it. Placements: About 80% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA, and the average salary package offered was almost 4 LPA.
Mostly MNCs don't take Integrated course students. If they require Btech btech students are recruited.

For integrated Mtech admission at VIT No entrance examination is conducted,
Candidates who have completed Regular, Full-Time, and Formal Education are the only ones who can apply and The candidate must be a Resident Indian Citizen.
Admission will be based on performance in the qualifying examination (+2) with 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
For candidates belonging to SC/ST and applicants coming from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, the qualifying marks are lowered by 10%, i.e. 55 percent in PCM. They should submit Nativity Certificate
Applicants from the SC/ST category must provide a community certificate.
Candidate can also apply through online at https://vit.ac.in. through Netbanking/Debit card/Credit card/ Paytm mode.
