MTech
Dear aspirant,
Bits conducts its own entrance examination for taking admission in its m.e program for streams like cse ,ece, civil, mechanical so as per my view and prediction you need to score atleast 160+ for getting cse branch.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
Hello aspirant,
YES, you can do M. Tech in Biomedical Engineering after B.Sc in your own respective field but you can't be eligible for GATE after your B.Sc because GATE is only for those people who are pursuing their UG degree in B.E or B. tech.
Also, if you wish to know more about the Top ME/M.tech Biomedical engineering colleges of India, then you can follow the below mentioned link for more details : https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-me-mtech-in-biomedical-engineering-colleges-in-india

Dear Pooja,
For each College fees is different and it varies from College to College. So on an average total fees will be in the range of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,00,000. In the same way GATE Cut-offs varies from College to College that's why it is difficult to say. To get seat in Top Colleges get GATE Rank below 800.
Best Colleges offering M.E/ M.Tech Computer Science Engineering course through GATE are listed below.
