MTech
Hi Aspirant,
Both the fields industrial job as well as Research and Development(R&D) are good. You can go after your interest in both the fields. Actually you can get the benefit of both by joining the R&D department of a company or industry. There you will have an exposure to industry as well as researches . Actually R&D department of a company is the one who plays a great role in keeping the company at top in industrial competition. It is the one who is responsible to innovate and design new products and improve their existing offerings.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!!!

HOPE THIS HELPS
Hello,
If you are looking for a better college to choose among the both which you have mentioned than i would say that NIT Surathkal is the first of the students due it’s records and also it is one of the oldest and famous NIT in India. Now in terms of ranking also NIT surathkal has ranking of 44 where as NIT Calicut has a ranking of 66 which tells that NIT surathkal is little higher. The placement and company visit is also you can find more in NIT Surathkal as compare to NIT Calicut hence, from this all factors now you can surely make a better decision.
Thank you..
If your talking about the comparison and difference between both the campus of VIT’s than i would say that VIT Vellore is the main campus among others and also the most recognised and one of the premium college in term of all factors and now on the other side VIT Bhopal is the newest campus due to which it does not have any kind of big records but definitely the college is best college in all terms as well. Now if you get a chance to choose a campus between both than i will suggest you to go with Vellore campus because than you will get more opportunities compare to others.

With reference to your query , I would glad to aware you that in campus pool placements students of all courses and all branches are allowed to sir together. Computer networking and information security students of mtech get equal opportunities in placements may be sometimes happens that some companies allow only for btech students but they are very rare . First and last , skills only matters and good cgpa after entering into the college. The average packaeg of btech goes around 10.5 lakhs per annum
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
Dear student,
Vit vellore does have brand name and many candidates apply every year for this college to take admission.
For m.tech candidates can take admission on the basis of the marks scored in the vitmee entrance exam. But this year due to the covid-19 pandemic situation the admissions were solely done on the basis of their graduation performance.
Gate qualified candidates will be accorded priority in vit University. Selected candidates will be called for counselling and the interview process.
