I am sorry to inform you that after MSc you can go for MTech but not after MA. Now if you have a BSc degree then you can go for MSc and then you can follow up for MTech provided you should be in science and not in Allied Science.

For admission into NIT's or IIT's without Gate rank you need to be a BTech student from IIT with minimum cpi of 7.0. Or else you should be a sponsored student by some employer, but that requires experience in that field.
