There is no such notice regarding the reopening of colleges. As the coronavirus cases are increasing day by day. So it is risk to reopen the college. So till the notice from government even semester of the mumbai colleges will held online .

You didn't mentioned the name of the course in which you are doing the BTech/BE. Although the first year syllabus is same for all streams. I would request you to get the pdf version of the syllabus available online which will give you the syllabus as well as suggested books
