There is no announcement regarding the second semester classes whether or not it will be conducted online. It depends on the Maharashtra government if it allows only then the colleges are allowed to keep offline classes if not the classes will be in the online mode only. Mumbai University (MU) is one of the oldest and premier Universities of India, established in 1857. Mumbai University is accredited by the NAAC. Keep an on the official website or the News for the latest information. As for now there is no news regarding the mode of classes. You can try to contact the college for more information. You will find the contact details in the official website.
There are no official notice regarding this but there is a probability that the 1st semester exams can be conducted in the month of March,2021.
Lets see what happens! Everything is entirely dependent of the covid-19 situations and the governments call on the report.

The UGC had issued guidelines twice earlier, keeping the lockdown in mind. The UGC issued the guidelines for the first time on April 29 and the second time on July 6 and Nov 7, 2020.
But there is no new guidelines issued by UGC for reopening of colleges due to the prevailing disease. So it planning to run the classes in online mode.

Express your failure to form fillup of Mumbai University for admission in Bcom courses because the form fill up time limit is over now. So either you have to wait for another year for Mumbai University or Try for the another University in the nearest locality of your home town. That's depend upon your choice.

See in Mumbai, till December 31st schools and colleges are not allowed to re-open and afterwards is any decision will be there regarding re-opening of schools and colleges you will get that through different news channel or press releases but as of now almost all educational institutions in Mumbai have adopted the means of online classes and right now situation of spreading of Novel Corona Virus is in control and if the condition becomes more favorable then some offline classes might be allowed and as of the latest UGC guidelines regarding the classes of colleges/Universities then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.

There is no such notice regarding the reopening of colleges. As the coronavirus cases are increasing day by day. So it is risk to reopen the college. So till the notice from government even semester of the mumbai colleges will held online .
