And admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities will be done only after NEET is conducted and the results have been announced. Well iif your name does not comes under the merit list being announced then I don't think that you will be able to apply for admission to any college because for that being in the merit list is required which is made by selecting students who clear the cut off. So I think you need to qualify the exam and score more than the cut off to get in the merit list for applying.

If the online submission was not done you can do other options. You can either try again logging in at the portal and try to fill the admission form where the network connection is stable or you can download the admission form and send it to the college with a DD of the application fee.
