So this might cause an issue because you need to complete your 1st year to take admission in 2nd year technically. Nevertheless, please call them or mail them and check with them.
Sakshi, Mumbai University offers a variety of Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral courses while NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. And for BPT and B.Sc Nursing in Maharashtra, NEET score is accepted. And admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities will be done only after NEET is conducted and the results have been announced. Well iif your name does not comes under the merit list being announced then I don't think that you will be able to apply for admission to any college because for that being in the merit list is required which is made by selecting students who clear the cut off. So I think you need to qualify the exam and score more than the cut off to get in the merit list for applying.

If the online submission was not done you can do other options. You can either try again logging in at the portal and try to fill the admission form where the network connection is stable or you can download the admission form and send it to the college with a DD of the application fee.
