Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai
Hello Aspirant
Congratulations, as you have done what many could not. As per your query, I would like you to know that you stand a very few chances to get a seat in the same. You can go for other options. Hope this answer helps you. All the best.
Hi Chankit, in my opinion, BNMIT COLLEGE for ECE is better option than the rest. All are Nearly equivalent colleges so therefore there is not much of a difference. It's better in all aspects especially location etc.
I would suggest you to research about all the colleges and then decide which suits you best.
Hope this helps. Regards
hey! did you get nmims mumbai then ?
Hello Naman!
Of the two college options mentioned above, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business studies is better than Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Shaheed Sukhdev College has been rated better than NMIMS with 4.3/5 ratings. It is a goverment college constituent to Delhi university. It has NAAC A accreditation.
It has highly qualified and professional faculty, A-grade infrastructure, student friendly enironment and immense opportunities for students to explore the world and gain real time experiences and skills.
The fees structure is feasible enough. The college has the maximum return on investment.
Hostel facilities can be rated 10/10. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, calm environment to study, healthy nutritious food and complete safety of students is ensured.
Placements in college are very good for all the courses. Almost 80 to 90% of the students get placed annualy. The highest salary package offered was about 17 LPA while the average salary package offered was around 6.6 LPA. Companies like E&Y, KPMG, RocSearch, and McKinsey are top recruiters that participate in the placement season.
Where as NMIMS has been rated 4/5. It is a private institution and deemed to be university. It is also a good option to consider for management through private institution.
But if you are eligible for taking admission in SSCBS, then you should prefer it over all with perks of Delhi University certification and other benefits attached to the college.
Hope you make a wiser choice. All the best!
Hello,
According to my opinion BBA LLB in NMIMS is very good and anyone can surely go for it but top colleges of IPU provide you with very good curriculum and faculty which is much more important for a student . I won't recommend one over the another but yes go for something which fits your mindset and budget as well.
NMIMS gives a lot of focus on “off-the-books learning”.The faculty teachers are good and well-experienced. So, you wouldn't face a lot of problems with regard to understanding the content (the different sections of management field). Second, the placements are also good. In the end, you have to think about recovering the fees you are paying.
NMIMS will be a better place to kickstart your career and it too provides quality education....
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Hey,
Both are well known colleges for bba and have good ratings and rankings. But for bba you should go for ifim Bangalore. NMIMS is only famous for it's post graduation degrees and not for it's undergraduate degrees.
The placements at ifim Bangalore are good enough. More than 90 recruiters, including PwC, Deloitte, Oracle, Exim, Dell, Schindler, Cognizant, FedEx, Nestle, HDFC Bank, ITC, Ricoh, L’Oréal hired at IFIM this year
Highest salary offered is INR 16.64 lpa
Average salary is INR 7.50 lpa
More than 30% of the students have been placed with an annual salary of INR 7.0 lpa and above.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has recruited 40 Finance students
For Internship, the highest stipend is Rs 62,500 per month by Schindler Group and the average stipend is Rs 25,000 per month.
Hello Khu Jain. I think Narsee Monjee College of Arts and Commerce is better. It provides you more exposure and the crowd is comparitvely better than mithibai. NM is also strict about attendance whereas HR is not that strict. Also depends on the area that you are staying in to go to the nearest college. So it's up to you to decide the better one. My views are quite clear above. Good luck.
