To get seats in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs one needs to first clear the cutoff as per his/her category. The JEE Main 2019 cutoff for SC category was 54.01 percentile. Since, your JEE Mains perecntile is less than the required , so you are not JEE Main qualified. But

For admissions in B.Arch in NIT universities, JEE Main Paper 2 score is needed. This admission doesnot take place through NATA scores. With the JEE paper 2 score you can proceed with JOSAA councelling, and that's how you get Architecture in NIT institutes.

According to your percentile, you have not qualified jee main as the general category student's cutoff was around 89. 

As the nit counselling is done through josaa and if you are not qualified , then you can't take part in josaa counselling.
