Yes, if your rank is less than previous opening rank of a NIT then you have great chance to get into that NIT this year.
For being in the range of the previous cutoff your rank should be below the closing rank of that NIT.

See right now if is not possible to tell u which college u will be getting for sure as u have been provided with the percentile score in ur shift only and that too in ur slot only. U are eligible for getting seats in the NITs but

Yes, you are eligible.you will be placed in good NITs based the percentage you got in JEE main. But you won't get good IITs which are mostly preferred.because they consider the 12th board exam percentage which should be minimum 60 and above.And in IIITs too they check

First of all if you are from CBSE board, General/OBC category then it isn't possible to get in NIT with just 74% marks in boards. The eligibility criteria says you must have 75%. If you are from state board then do check whether you are within top 20

Yes you will get NITs on this marks .it will hard to predict rank in jee mains 2019 but say it about under 15000-20000.

You are not eligible for taking admission in NIT  because Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) from general category.
